Hand Painted Low Table by Decalage
Italy, 1957
Exquisite hand painted low table by Decalage. Images of horseback riders and classic Italian landscapes are overpainted on silver leaf giving incredible depth and luminosity. Modified L shaped table mounted on four tapering metal legs ending in brass ball feet. Signed on the surface, "57 decalage"; and marked with the exporter's label on the bottom.
